How do I create an account?

To create an account, click the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button in our website's Checkout Page. Fill in the required information, and your account will be ready in minutes.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. Please ensure you have the correct size before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! You must cancel the sale immediately or before 12 noon CST or it will already be shipped. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We offer FREE SHIPPING.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we do not ship overseas from this website. You can contact us on Facebook or directly if you’re interested in an International purchase.

How long does shipping Take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping takes 2-5 business days. For expedited shipping, please select the appropriate option at checkout.  The customer is responsible for all cost for Expedited Shipping. All other Shipping is FREE.

What are the shipping costs

We offer free shipping on orders (except Expedited Shipping.)  The customer must pay the full cost for Expedited Shipping. Expediated Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the items and weight. To get an accurate shipping cost, please add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

How can I check my order status?

You can easily check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" with tracking posted in page. There, you'll find real-time updates on your orders.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please visit our “Return Policy” then go to "Returns Center" and follow the instructions. Or contact us direct at 931.267.5634. You'll need your order number and email address handy.
